Residency Special Features:   The Pharmacogenetics Residency prepares the resident to excel in the implementation of clinical pharmacogenetics. The institution’s full integration of an electronic medical record for inpatient and outpatient care, the comprehensive translational research programs, the highly skilled clinical pharmacy team, and the strong laboratory component to the Pharmaceutical Department provide unrivalled opportunities for clinical implementation of pharmacogenetics. The resident will practice clinical pharmacogenetics in the context of an integrated pharmaceutical care approach in the clinical practice areas.
