Residency Special Features:   The postgraduate year two (PGY2) oncology pharmacy residency is designed to transition PGY1 residency graduates from a generalized practitioner to a specialist focused on the care of patients with cancer. Residency graduates are equipped with the knowledge and experience necessary to practice as a pharmacy specialist within oncology areas, including blood and marrow transplant and investigational drug services. Rotations include Intro and Advanced Medical Oncology, Hematologic Malignancies, Blood and Marrow Transplantation, Immunocompromised Infectious Diseases, Outpatient Hematology/BMT, Pediatric Oncology/BMT, Gynecologic Oncology and Sarah Cannon/HCA Corporate Leadership.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   Pharm.D. degree, eligibility for licensure in Tennessee, completion of PGY1, submission of application materials via PhORCAS and on-site interview.
