Residency Special Features:   The University of Kansas Health System in conjunction with the University of Kansas School of Pharmacy, offers a one-year specialty residency in hematology/oncology/BMT. This residency provides advanced experiences in contemporary oncology pharmacy practice. Comprehensive oncology pharmacy services are emphasized to develop clinical skills in a variety of settings, including oncology, hematology, bone marrow transplantation and cellular therapeutics. Didactic lectures at the school of pharmacy and participation in clinical research are also required. Special Requirements for Acceptance:   Pharm.D. degree, completion of a pharmacy practice residency or equivalent experience, and eligibility for Kansas licensure. In addition to PhORCAS requirements for application (letter of intent, transcripts, curriculum vitae, three letters of recommendation) the program requires a current photo. References may upload a traditional reference letter on behalf of the applicant in addition to the Standardized Reference Form provided in PhORCAS.
