Residency Special Features:   The PGY2 health-system pharmacy administration residency builds upon PGY1 residency experience to prepare residents who can assume high level managerial, supervisory, and leadership positions. Individuals fulfilling the standards of the program will be prepared to secure a leadership role and effectively manage pharmacy programs and services in a health-system setting. A variety of pharmacy administration rotations are offered to give the resident exposure to a wide array of leadership experiences.
