Residency Special Features:   The program is designed to further develop clinician's skills in the area of critical care medicine. Required rotations include critical care medicine, trauma and surgical intensive care, emergency medicine, infectious disease, and transplant with elective opportunities in metabolic support, NICU/PICU, pharmacy management, pain management, neurosurgical ICU and cardiology services. Opportunities to precept pharmacy students and PGY-1 residents as well as participate in the teaching certificate program are also available.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   Missouri license (or eligible), letter of interest, college of pharmacy transcripts, Curriculum Vitae and written presentation (PowerPoint presentation is the preferred format and will need to be uploaded as a PDF file for PhORCAS). The PowerPoint will be presented during the on-site interview (please limit to 20 minutes). Lastly, 3 references to complete the standard PhORCAS form. We ask that the reference writers complete the four questions that are optional in PhORCAS and include the same quantity and quality of information that they would normally include in a traditional letter of recommendation in their responses to these questions.
