Residency Special Features:   

St. David's North Austin Medical Center (NAMC) is an acute care facility in Austin, Texas and is part of the St. David's Health Care network. Residents will have the opportunity to complete rotations in adult medicine, pharmacy management, neonatal intensive care (NICU), pediatrics, critical care, kidney transplant, emergency department medicine, and bone marrow transplant. Longitudinal opportunities include a research project, drug information, transplant clinic, and pharmacy management. Residents will have the opportunity to participate in the academic training program and earn a teaching certificate provided by The University of Texas College of Pharmacy. NAMC is a preceptor site for The University of Texas College of Pharmacy IPPE and APPE students providing the resident with ample opportunities to precept students.
