Residency Special Features:   

The residency provides a broad array of pharmacy practice areas, emphasizing primary care. Core block and longitudinal experiences are ambulatory care, internal medicine, and practice management. Electives include hematology/oncology, psychiatry, geriatrics, critical care, cardiology, and research. Management training occurs within CTVHCS and with our onsite regional pharmacy benefit management group. Staffing is a component of general training with no additional nights or weekends required. Teaching opportunities include lectures, case conferences, and pharmacy student supervision.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   

Pharm. D. or equivalent experience, graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy, and a U.S. citizen.
