Residency Special Features:   This PGY1 Pharmacy Residency develops clinical skills to prepare residents to provide medication management services as a healthcare team member. Residents will be responsible for collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide optimal medication therapy for patients. Rotations include: Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Practice Management, Information Technology, Teaching/Preceptor Development (certificate program). Longitudinal experiences include: Anticoagulation Management, Research, Pain Management/Palliative Care. Residents will participate in research to present at national pharmacy meetings, specialty lectures, and in services.
