Residency Special Features:   The primary purpose of this PGY2 Oncology Residency is to train the resident to become a confident and well-rounded clinical oncology pharmacy specialist. Upon completion the practitioner will have the clinical skills to work in the acute or ambulatory care setting and be prepared for the board certification exam. Required rotations include: hematology, stem cell transplant, breast, lung, GI, GU, and GYN oncology with elective and longitudinal learning experiences.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   Pharm.D. degree/school transcripts, PGY1 residency, CV, letter of intent, 3 letters of recommendation PhORCAS application and eligible for Arizona pharmcy licensure.
