Residency Special Features:   St. Joseph's Hospital PGY1 pharmacy residency program is a comprehensive program focused on enhancing clinical skills through direct patient care activities. Rotations available in adult critical care, emergency medicine, neurology, cardiology, general internal medicine, ambulatory care, drug information, pediatrics, hematology/oncology, infectious diseases. Additional experiences include the P&T committee, antibiotic subcommittee, and MUE activities.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   Eligible for Arizona licensure, letter of intent, curriculum vitae, pharmacy school transcripts, three letters of recommendation, and completed application. Must have Pharm.D. or equivalent degree and/or experience.

The hospital also has collaboration with Phoenix Children's Hospital for pediatric based rotations.
