Residency Special Features:   The resident will become familiar with a diverse and comprehensive oncology pharmacy practice. Unique leadership and management skills can be obtained through P&T/medical staff committees, EMR integration, drug utilization management, teaching pharmacy, medical staff, patient and other health professionals, mentoring pharmacy students and professional development training programs. The PGY-2 oncology residency will encompass hematologic malignancies, solid tumors, stem cell transplant, palliative care/hospice, and supportive care while customizing to the interests of the individual resident.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   Pharm.D., eligibility for Colorado licensure. College transcript, curriculum vitae, three references, and letter of intent submitted through PhORCAS.
