Residency Special Features:   * NMS Code 148013-Boise; NMS Code 148021 - Meridian; 148023 System Medication Management and Patient Outcomes. This residency offers the opportunity to deliver pharmaceutical care to a wide variety of patients. Rotations with experienced, motivated preceptors are available in decentralized clinical pharmacy practice areas including critical care, medical/surgical, oncology, pediatrics and neonatology. The residency year is customized to ensure resident professional needs and personal goals are met. Opportunities for teaching and involvement in Pharm.D. student rotations are available. Attendance at 2 regional and 1 national meeting are included in the program allowing for poster and project presentations.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   Pharm.D. or equivalent and eligible for licensure in Idaho. Please provide a letter of intent, CV, pharmacy school transcripts and 3 letters of recommendation.
