Residency Special Features:   The oncology specialty residency at the University of New Mexico (UNM) Hospital and the UNM Comprehensive Cancer Center is designed to immerse the resident in hematology and medical oncology training. The hospital and cancer center provide many opportunities to learn inpatient and outpatient hematology and oncology as a member of a multidisciplinary care team. The resident will receive a volunteer faculty appointment at the UNM College of Pharmacy to lecture and precept students.
