Special Requirements for Acceptance:   

Pharm.D. Eligibility for California licensure. PhORCAS submission of Pharmacy School transcript, Curriculum vitae, letter of application , and three letters of recommendations (two from clerkship preceptors). Letter writers to comment on 6 of 13 characteristics. Certification of completion of PGY1 residency.
