Residency Special Features:   The purpose of the Pharmacy Residency Program PGY-2 Oncology at Kaiser Permanente East Bay Area is to train pharmacy residents to perform at the highest level as clinical pharmacists in a collaborative environment. After successful completion of the Residency Program, our residents will possess the skills needed to qualify for positions in virtually any practice setting including Inpatient and Outpatient Oncology Pharmacies, industry, research, drug information, or be able to successfully pass the Oncology Board Certification.
 
Fringe Benefits:   Kaiser Permanente East Bay Area has ONE position available in the Post Graduate Year Two (PGY2) Pharmacy Residency Program. The compensation stipend for the one year, non-exempt position is approximately $69,992. The residency will begin tentatively on June 29, 2015. Benefits include ten (10) days of paid-time-off (PTO), health benefits including dental and optical, and funding for pre-approved conferences. Kaiser Permanente is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
 
Special Requirements for Acceptance:   
  • Graduated from an ACPE accredited college of pharmacy
  • Licensed as a pharmacist in the State of California by the start date

  • Copy of PGY1 Residency Certificate by July 1
