Residency Special Features:   The goals of the PGY2 administration residency are to provide pharmacist clinicians the opportunity to focus on becoming pharmacist managers for a clinical or operational management role in a variety of work settings, including hospitals, outpatient pharmacies, and health systems. As a pharmacy department that offers comprehensive health services for the community, SCVH&HS offers PGY2 administration residents experience in diverse management settings: inpatient, outpatient, ambulatory care, public health, pharmacy purchasing and even a central fill pharmacy.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   Graduation from an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency, Pharm.D. degree or equivalent experience, and eligibility for licensure in California.
