Residency Special Features:   Our innovative practice environment is designed to develop and foster independent, empathetic and highly evolved clinicians. We focus on team-based care models affording hands-on training under close mentoring of a multidisciplinary clinical team. Rotations cover ambulatory care focused population health programs in: diabetes, CAD/CHF, COPD, antimicrobial stewardship including hepatitis C, behavioral health, drug policy, administrative leadership and many electives. The program affords opportunity to mentor pharmacy students with teaching certification. Publications/presentations/posters are supported and required.
