Residency Special Features:   Our residency is designed to provide ambulatory care training in a wide variety of clinics (e.g., oncology, geriatrics, nephrology, HIV, anticoagulation, pain management, population care management), home health as well as training in academic outreach, and acute care setting. Each resident will be required to complete a scholarly residency project and present this as a poster at a professional meeting, create a publishable manuscript, and presentation at the Western States Residency Conference. Residents will serve as preceptors for pharmacy students. There is also a precepted, volunteer opportunity to provide ambulatory CVD care to indigent patients at a free clinic.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   Pharm.D. by start of program. Eligibility for licensure in CA, letter of intent, curriculum vitae, official pharmacy school transcripts, three letters of recommendation.
