Residency Special Features:   OHSU's Knight Cancer Institute prepares PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residents to assume positions as patient care clinicians and serve as adjunct faculty for schools of pharmacy. OHSU is a complex academic medical center where emphasis is placed on patient care, practice management, project management, and academia. Inpatient rotations include medical/surgical oncology, hematologic malignancies, and BMT; pediatric Heme/Onc and BMT; and transplant infectious disease. Ambulatory rotations include research pharmacy, adult and pediatric Heme/BMT clinics, and infusion pharmacy.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   Applicants will be required to submit an up-to-date curriculum vitae, a personal statement specifying information related to the applicant’s interest in OHSU’s program, official transcripts from all professional pharmacy education, and letters of recommendation from three references. In addition to the standard ASHP recommendation form, an additional letter should be written on the letterhead of your reference’s place of business. Applicants should have completed an ACPE accredited academic program in pharmacy, must be a licensed pharmacist, and must be eligible for full licensure in Oregon by September 1st.
