Residency Special Features:   

Providence Medford Medical Center offers a diverse residency experience with inpatient and ambulatory opportunities. Rotations with experienced and motivated preceptors include nutritional support, pharmacokinetics, internal medicine, critical care, transitional care, and practice management. The resident will complete and present a major project at Western States Conference. Residents will be required to precept pharmacy students and have the opportunity to pursue a formal teaching certificate.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   

Eligibility for Oregon pharmacist licensure required. Application through PhORCAS must include letter of intent, college transcripts, curriculum vitae, and three completed recommendation forms within PhORCAS from references.
