Residency Special Features:   As the only academic tertiary care center in Oregon, this PGY2 residency program emphasizes obtaining specialized skills to care for the critically ill patient. The resident will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary care team within the medical, trauma surgical, cardiovascular and neurosciences ICUs and a member of the Code Blue team. Several additional opportunities will be available including: adult and pediatric emergency department, pediatric ICU, neonatal ICU, toxicology and infectious diseases. Residents precept pharmacy students, participate in citywide residency conferences with other metro-area residents, and complete a teaching certificate program.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   Applicants should submit an up-to-date curriculum vitae, personal statement, three letters of recommendation, and official transcripts from all professional pharmacy education. Applicants must have a certificate from an ASHP-accredited Pharmacy Residency program by July 1st, must have an active Oregon Intern License by July 1st and must be eligible for full pharmacist licensure in Oregon by October 1st
