Residency Special Features:   Rx Clinical Services is an independent clinical pharmacy practice that is located in Eugene, Oregon. We partner with primary care clinics to enhance patient care and improve their team-based care. The residency program will focus on building a sustainable integrated ambulatory care practice. Longitudinal experiences include primary care, teaching, telephonic medication therapy management, leadership/professional development, business/new service development, drug information/evidence-based practice. The resident will participate in quality improvement projects and track quality measures.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   PharmD or equivalent and eligibility for Oregon pharmacist licensure required. Site Special Features:   There are few ambulatory care practices that are not funded by academia, a health system, or a grant. Our program will foster the resident’s ability to create a financially viable ambulatory care practice based on fee for service billing. The program is built upon Rx Clinical Services core values of Independence, Collaborative Patient Care, Quality, and Teaching. Graduates will be able to create and assume a direct patient care position in the ambulatory care setting upon completion of this program.
