Residents completing this program are expected to be able to provide evidence-based medication therapy management with interdisciplinary teams; develop process improvement skills; develop project management and leadership skills; provide medication education; and develop skills in teaching and dissemination of knowledge. Learning experiences include hospitalist acute care, rural acute care, intensive care; inpatient oncology, oral chemo program, mental health, infectious diseases, anticoagulation clinic, internal/family medicine clinic, anemia clinic, pulmonary wellness clinic, diabetes care, hospice and management. A teaching certificate and rotation is offered.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   Pharm.D. degree preferred. Eligibility for Oregon pharmacist licensure required. Application to include academic transcripts, curriculum vitae and three letters of recommendation.
