Residency Special Features:   Residency consists of longitudinal rotation experiences designed to provide in-depth specialty training in pharmacy administration. The resident will gain comprehensive experience in automation, pharmacy operations, HR management, patient safety, finance, budgeting, pharmacy informatics, administration, and leadership. A wide range of health care services over a large geographical area gives the candidate an opportunity to gain experience in providing integrated and virtual pharmacy services. Residency is structured to meet the needs and interests of the resident.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   United States citizenship, Pharm.D. degree, current pharmacist licensure, completion of a PGY1 residency, and required application documents via PhORCAS (CV, letter of intent, application, transcript, three letters of recommendation, VA Form 10-2850D, "Application for Health Professions trainees" and US Government Form OF-306, "Declaration for Federal Employment".
