Residency Special Features:   * NMS Code 135213 - PGY1 pharmacy residency; NMS Code 135221 - PGY1 pharmacy residency with a focus in ambulatory care. The program provides a high level of training in pharmaceutical care within a diverse patient population. It is designed with flexibility to meet individual needs and interest of the resident. Acute Care training includes critical care, emergency medicine/trauma, cardiology, oncology, neurosciences, medical/surgical, pediatrics, neonatal intensive care, and infectious disease. Ambulatory care includes family practice, oncology, diabetes clinic, psychiatry, transitions of care, infusion clinic, anticoagulation, and pediatric clinic. Other experiences include drug information, formulary management, MUE, staff development, administration, and major project. Special Requirements for Acceptance:   Washington State licensure, curriculum vitae, transcripts, three letters of recommendation, letter of intent, satisfy eligibility requirements for employment including acceptable results on a pre-employment drug screen and background check, and must have proper work visa.
